I have long hair...and at one point it had major damage I use either Biosilk products, which are great, but for everday care I use Aussie Mega 3 Minute Miracle along with Aussie Moist shampoo......they work great and repair a significant amount of damage......3 Miniute Miracle gives cisible results from the first use. My hair is now thick and healthy! Good Luck!

I would recommend... That you make sure your diet is giving you omega 3 and omega 6 oils. This is for the hair coming in. For the hair that is damaged you can pursue any number of manufactured products, but I would recommend a simple washing, followed by a rinse of half vinegar and half water.

Does that sound to simple? It is a great conditioner. Care for the hair and let it heal.

Conditioner I think you should keep applying conditioner at every opportunity.

You may not like this news but you CAN NOT repair severely damaged hair. You CAN use deep conditioning and protein treatments to help stop it from getting worse. To get a fresh start.

Get on a regimen to start taking care of your hair ASAP. Slowly snip at the ends every month as new hair grows in to replace the damaged. Or...just cut off all the damaged hair at once.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
