Absolutely not. Maybe you missed this, but God hates pride - regardless of how you label it. He doesn't hate the person, but pride always leads to a persons downfall.
(Proverbs 16:18) There are seven things God hates: a proud look, lying tongue, hands that kill those who aren't guilty. He also hates hearts that make evil plans, feet that are quick to do evil, any witness who pours out lies, and anyone who stirs up family fights. (Proverbs 6:16-18) Be very careful about accusing God of doing the things that are being done by His enemy, the devil.
Don't thank God for the wickedness and consequences taking place as a result of wrong choices by mankind.
Amos 5:18 "Woe to you who long for the day of the LORD! Why do you long for the day of the LORD? That day will be darkness, not light.
