Splenda theoretically replaces sugar 1:1 by volume in recipes, but give me a moment to get out my cookbook for my recipe.

It will make 3 loaves, or multiple pans of muffins. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour and 15 minutes.(see notes, and also check early if you are doing muffins) check with a toothpick for doneness (stab the toothpick in the center, if it comes out clean the the bread is done)the first time I made this recipe, it was for a flea market, and they sold out before noon - I didn't get to taste one until the next year..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
