By finally allowing yourself to satisfy your cravings without sabotaging your diet, you can keep the weight you lose off for good, saving yourself hundreds and even thousands of dollars in the process Get it now!
I've read the sponsor pages about The Lemonade Diet...but I don't really trust their rhetoric since they make money off the ingredients sold on their website (thelemonadediet.com). I'd love to hear from a nutritionist who can lend some insight. I would like to lose those last 5 pounds that exercise has not budged.
I wondered if shocking my body slightly with this fast would give my metabolism the kick it needs to let go of those last 5. However, I do not want to harm my metabolism in the long run! The website message board has lots of posters who claim the diet is completely safe and metabolism-friendly.
Does anyone here have a background in this? Thanks so much! Asked by ourjuliet 53 months ago Similar questions: experience Lemonade Diet hurt metabolism Health > Fitness & Diet.

The Lemonade Diet got pretty bad ratings on the internet. Www.BestDietForMe.com said this:"In our opinion, if used as a weight loss program, the Lemonade Diet does not provide most of the essential nutrients necessary for a well-balanced diet, and would be an unrealistic choice for long- term weight loss. The strict rules of this diet program induce a "forced starvation" that causes weight loss, by severely restricting caloric intake.
Despite the claims of Lemonade Diet enthusiasts, this diet plan is particularly not suitable for pregnant women, children, the elderly, or people with compromised immune systems. In our opinion, the use of juice fast diets as weight loss program may be good as a short term solution to shed a few extra pounds, and cleanse the body of toxins, but it should not be considered a long-term weight loss solution. We recommend that dieters always seek the advice of their doctor before beginning any diet program, weight loss plan, or if considering a severely calorie-restricted, fasting program such as the Lemonade Diet."--------------------------------www.Diet... said this:"The Lemonade Diet is not without its' pitfalls.
Among them are: * The diet itself is idiotic. Of all the diets out there, this one ranks low on usability * Not everyone likes Lemonade, therefore the Lemonade Diet is not one that will be embraced by most people. * You won't be able to stay on this diet forever.
Imagine drinking lemonade as your primary source of nutrition for the rest of your life. Not likely. A definite thumbs down for this one.
There are many other diets out there that promise much better results than the Lemonade Diet. "--------------------------------Pretty much all reviews I checked (customer reviews and those of specialists) are pretty negative regarding this diet. I wouldn't recommend this one, because it's more starving than dieting.

Sounds like a fad. All these talks about diets are crazy. Eat healthy.Be healthy.
I will tell you by ingesting nothing but acidic liquid you are going to cause yourself more harm than the good you think you will do by losing weight. I know that people are desperate to shed some pounds, but I would urge that you do it in a healthy way. If it sounds insane, it probably is.
Did people drink nothing but lemonade in 1500? I doubt it. We are much fatter today than we ever have been in history, and it is mainly due to lack of nutritional foods.
Eat Fruits, Eat Vegetables, Exercise. You'll be healthier with six weeks of that than any lemonade diet. This diet may shock your metabolism like that atkins diet does, but that is exactly what its meant to do.
It will never keep it off. Change up your exercise routine. If you have been running, then try swimming, or basketball if you like it... Change it up.
Your body has the ability to get used to routines and therefore it adjusts so that it can stay at a set weight. Your body wants to stabalize your weight. Aside from water weight it will try and stay exactly where it is at, but if you change up routines then you will continue to make progress.
This is the same tactic that body builders use. They do not do the same weight routines every week..
Like all fad diets you will likely lose the weight temporarily but the key is to keep it off and prevent a yo-yo cycle. I think you already know that this is just another one of the fad diets that comes along and promises quick results. However, you need real, lasting results and the only way to do that is through a balanced diet and an active lifestyle.
With only the last 5lbs to lose, try portioning small mini-meals throughout the day with a wide variety of whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. Combine that with increasing the number and duration of walking breaks will get you to your weight goal for free! Sources: faddiet.com .
1 Diets have the dumbest names. Why try a fad? If you have control over your metabolism, you should be okay.
Maybe that last 5 is resting in your bowels and an overdose of vitamin c might flush it out, but don't fall for a fad.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
