Does anyone know how to get the adsense to display ABOVE the hub title & below the tags capsule?

Placement of AdSense ads is something which the site user's have control over. Ads are optimized by HubPages/YieldBuild and are most often effected by the amount of content you have and the capsule layout. Experiment a bit with how you build your Hubs and you'll see how things change.

You do have limited control over density of ads on a Hub, and those options are set in the settings area that you see at the top of your individual Hubs while in edit mode.

I've had a look at settings and it's already on the highest setting, but it's still not putting ads above the title. However I rearrange the modules, it doesn't seem to affect it. Once I have 1 hub where the ads are above the title I'll just copy that layout.

But I'm still trying to figure this out!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
