Does anyone know of a fix for the problems with Vista and dialup internet?

Seems Vista is configured for highspeed internet, some of us don't have the option of highspeed. The problem is that is takes a while to connect, will keep disconnecting or will say 'cannot display webpage'. Seems to be a common problem among dialup users.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
