Does anyone know where I can buy an iPOD car adapter for 4th Nano that does NOT use either an FM transmitter or a cassette adapter to play?

Sorry, but there are only two other options. 1. If your car's radio/cd player has an auxillary port then you can get a cheap aux cable. It's like plugging in headphones except the other end is another plug instead of headphones.

This only works if your radio has aux (or might possibly be called line in). 2. If that isn't an option you will have to buy & install a new car radio/cd player.

One that either has an aux port, or one that is "ipod ready" which means you can control it using your the radio controls rather than the ipod controls. Some people prefer this because it is all integrated but it will be the most expensive option. If you choose this route, I recommend BestBuy.

They have a decent selection & will install it for you. Their work is guaranteed for the lifetime of the vehicle.

Your only other option is to get a stereo head unit that has a 1/8 inch stereo jack "aux input" or an iPod dock connector built-in. The ones that connect to the ipod via a dock connector can control the iPod and charge it too. Just make sure you get the one with the right dock connector for the nano.

I think most car stereo manufacturers make these now, I know Alpine does. Other than that new cars are starting to have a iPod plugin like Ford's Sync, VW, BMW, etc.

U can contact this guy (Rashid) He should be able to assist u. Guess you knows.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
