Does anyone out there know of a way to forward a message to someone on Twitter who is not following you?

The Twitter convention to get a message to someone that does not follow you is to write (using twituser as an example twitter username):@twituser hi this is my message directed at you Do note this message will appear in your public timeline, so don't use that for private conversation. Those are done using: d twituser hi this is my private message to you But it will only work if the user follows you. Also, if what you want is to have someone know about a tweet from someone else, the convention is to do (using othertwituser as example twitter username from original author) RT @othertwituser interesting tweet post original contents.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
