Yes it makes a difference. Sweetened chocolate chips have the sugar already added to them. Unsweetened chocolate chips have no sugar.It is VERY bitter.
I don't think it would turn out tasty at all. I don't think it would be wise to add sugar to the recipe either if it is fudge. Fudge is one of those recipes that has to be just perfect.
I've never even had luck doubling the recipe. There is a bitter sweet chocolate chips and those wouldn't be so bad.In fact, some people like those better. They have sugar added, just not as much.
However, please refrain from using the unsweetened chocolate if the recipe doesn't call for it. The fudge will taste terrible.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
