Well Money talks you know. Now you talk about the "Will of the People" Yep this is the "Ron Paul" crowd's rally call. Trouble is Ron Paul is a very very long way from being the "Will of the People" Yes he got 5.6% of the Republican vote so far so we can translate that to about 3% of a national Vote.
That is a long way from the Will of the people. Just the "Will of the Juvenile Ron Paul bunch" that just want to play dirty and try to elect a very poor Leader. Yes in twenty Years Paul Passed 2 minor bills even though he submitted over 400.
He has, since 1997, missed 13.0% of the Votes in Congress. Consider that the Median for all Congressmen is to miss 2.4%. Just where is Paul's leadership.
Not for Sale and not to be taken by the Dirty tricks gang either. Paul is Done forever! He never has had any influence in Congress and now even less.
He is now Hurting the chances for his son. He is making a laughing stock of the "Paul" Brand! Edit your addition@ Perhaps, for sure, there are many in the party who are not in love with Romney.
The same can be said for any candidate in any party in any election cycle. Conservative swill vote for Romney if for no other reason than that they hate Obama. As for Neo Conservatives, I think you need to check the definition of that term.
As an example, I point to the recent death of former CIA Director James Woolsey Jr. Who was a Neo Conservative, a Democrat and appointed to the CIA by Bill Clinton. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/R._James_Wo... Now back to Romney. No person on earth will appeal to everyone or even a majority of them since all have personal agendas.
Those on perpetual welfare or long term unemployment will most likely vote for a Democrat because it is in their personal interest to keep the welfare state intact. Proud vet, also 76 Years old. Call it racist or anything you want but polls, several of them, show that 93% Blacks will vote for Obama and 3% for Romney.
As I said, we all have our personal agenda and few have a true national agenda. Romney is one, who with all his heart, wants America to be a better and more prosperous and free country for all. The More successful Americans that there are, the more successful America will be!
You cannot achieve this by pulling down the top but rather by pull up the bottom. If you destroy the successful then there is no one left to help anyone. If you Fly on airlines, you know that they always warn you that if the Masks are deployed, put your own on first then help others.
If you don't then you may not be able to help others. Think about the logic of this and apply it to life in General. Help yourself to be successful and then you can help others.
Take charge of your own life and do not wait for Government to do it for you. Romney wants to get the Government out your way so you can have an easier path to success. I suggest you read pages 454 thru 457 of the biography of Steve Jobs.
He was a very liberal Democrat, but read the advise he gave Obama face to face on how to Jump start America. It reads like a campaign ad for Romney but Comes from a very successful, very Liberal, very Democrat entrepreneur Steve Jobs. I will testify this to you Mitt Romney is the Most Honest politician this country has ever seen. He cares about each and every American deeply.
He wants to help Each of the poor and needy and the unemployed by creating opportunity for them, not by giving them an unearned paycheck (Welfare). He wants you to take responsibility for your own life and then when you succeed you can be proud of that ownership. Without personal responsibility you will neve succeed.
No I am Not part of the Romney organization in any way, Just a Citizen who wants a better America for all. Proud vet.
Obama did in 2008 . Clinton got all the people vote he got the electoral votes.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
