Does the fact that government subsidizes college tuition increase tuition prices?

When this shows up on "best of Yahoo," for reasons of hilarity, I just want to make sure I have an answer in there. But um.... no.

If student loans weren't guaranteed and easy to get they definitely would because about 90% of students would not be able to afford college and competition for customers would get fierce. As far as (other) subsidies, probably not. Private colleges aren't subsidized like public ones and their tuition is even more astronomical.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
