Doing crunches I felt a pop in my lower abdomen accompanied by an intense burning sensation?

If you start to run a fever in the next few hours after feeling this abdominal "pop" go right to the hospital! I had a friend who turned to reach something across his desk one day, felt a pop in his side and starting running a high fever within an hour or two. It turns out he had diverticulitis and one of the pockets had burst, starting an infection inside his abdominal cavity.

He had to have emergency surgery right away, but it did save his life.

See a doctor. Sounds like it might be a hernia. I have 2 small ones that I got from coughing and straining my muscles.

Small pop and burming sensation in the area. Doctors just left them alone but you never know what the cause could be until you have it checked out.

If you felt a pop in your abdomen and felt pain you should go to the doctor and describe exactly what you experienced! IT could be anything, perhaps a cyst in your pelvic area may have burst (if you are female, women can develop cysts in and around the reproductive organs). Just please go get checked out, if what popped was you appendix I hope you are in the hospital as we speak because you would be in a lot of pain!

Could be a hernia. Is there a new "lump" there? If so, and it is still painful, see a doctor.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
