You can sell the mobile home on the open market for as good a price as you can get. Then you can pay the mortgage company their $19,000. The balance is yours.

You will have to place adds in mobile home magazines or papers where you live to do this so it will be the sale price less the mobile home and advertising and other selling costs. If you have an agent do it then they will want a fee - usually a percentage of the selling price plus administration and selling costs. If you try selling the mobile home to the mortgage company that you borrowed the money from to buy it in the first place, it is likely that they will give you less than market value and charge you administration fees and a penalty for not completing the mortgage over the contracted period of time.
