Obi wan has it right, but he failed to mention that the "risk" rating of a car can have a big affect on the rate too. A 20 year old high performance muscle car with a high risk factor would cost more to cover than a late model station wagon. That's one of the reasons that I always recommend that new and under 25 drivers buy a mini-van, or at most a 4 door sedan with a smaller engine and automatic transmission.
High performance/sporty cars = big insurance rates and even if you only have the basic liability coverage, a high performance car is more apt to CAUSE an accident (according to the insurance company stats, with which you can not argue!) and thus costs more to insure.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
