Fellow independents, are you planning to vote for Obama, the Republican, a 3rd party, or not vote at all?

I sure hope the closet moderates among the Republicans nation-wide will see sociopathic Willard Mitt Romney for what he is--a nation-destroying pet-abusing empathy-less empty suit corporate raider who is, indeed, peddling the very same dope that took this nation to the edge of destruction from 2001 through to 2008. If they simply go to whitehouse.gov and recovery.gov and look through all of the details for positive changes which have been made thanks to the Obama administration's policies, they would put love of country first and RE-ELECT President Obama by a LANDSLIDE. The recovery.gov has a map of all 50 states, and you can click on any one state to discover how every single stimulus dollar was put to use to rebuild our manufacturing jobs base (outsourced from 2001 through 2008 to third-world nations).

If people will go back and view the PBS special "Frontline: Inside The Meltdown" that describes and analyzes the 2007-2008 FINANCIAL SYSTEM MELTDOWN caused by the very same always-fail policies Romney advocates (deregulation, upside-down-pyramid/supply-side economics), I'd be surprised if anyone with half a brain would still support Romney. I'm still very troubled by the lack of remorse shown by Romney for the cruelty he displayed towards, first, his family's full-grown Irish setter (known to be a high-strung breed) pet Seamus, and second towards the young classmate that Romney and his "posse" (he boasted on TV about leading "my posse") held down while Romney wielded a pair of scissers and cut CLUMPS of the young man's hair off, simply because the lad was "different" (he had long blond hair) and was "rumored to be gay"...and the members of this so-called posse who have come forward now to confess mention that the young man later in life committed suicide. The treatment of Seamus: A 36-year-old multi-millionaire man--an ADULT with lots of resources, in other words, decided to put his full-grown Irish setter in a confining dog carrier and then tie that carrier to the top of one of the family's many cars for a 12-hour HIGHWAY-SPEED trip, a "family vacation" to Canada.

"Oh he Seamus liked that cage...ha ha ha" says Romney, with no comprehension whatsoever of just how TRAUMATIZING this was for his supposedly "loved" dog! Think of a dog's sensitive hearing and then think of the horrific NOISE from the highway-speed driving---a noise that the poor terrified pet could not escape. When the dog developed diarrhea so thin it ran down the back window of the car, this should have been a signal to sociopathic Romney that the family pet was TERRIFIED and UPSET.

"It was no problem," Romney boasts without any sense of empathy or compassion, "I just pulled into the next filling station and hosed him off." He put the now wet dog back into the cage and continued on the trip! If he can treat a loved family pet with such CALLOUS DISREGARD, given his history as a VULTURE corporate-raider capitalist, then how would he treat the American people with whom he has no connection?

The man had all sorts of alternative, HUMANE resources at his disposal (buy or rent an RV, for example, or hire a driver for a second vehicle, or fly Seamus ahead, etc.) and yet CHOSE TO BE SELFISH, CRUEL, and CALLOUS even AFTER the dog's distress was apparent! Is this not a signal for how he governs? He is not qualified to be in power!

I don't know of one Republican that is voting for obama. But I sure know lots of liberals that voted for him the first time, that will not vote for him this time! Lets face it, his trial one term is a flop and he is on his way out Too logger, I to was a Liberal, but Clinton took care of that stupidity!

Too Jimbo, a vote for Ron Paul is a lost vote, actually like voting for obama! And to the questioner, whats the point? To get rid of the **hole in office right now, unless you have a grudge against the U.S.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
