Remove that bolt I have to caution you that my father nearly lost a hand trying to remove 'just a little thing' from the blades of a piece of farm equipment. Please ask someone who knows how to handle this equipment to help you out - these machines can literally grind you up and spit you out - honest. All the best!.
Hard Hard work. You have to take down the garbage disposal off its mount and open it up. But first, try turning the cutter backwards, either with a broomhandle in the top or some displosals have a hex fitting on the bottom that lets you turn the motor from the bottom with a big allen wrench.
If that does not work, you have to take it down and open it up. To take it down, turn off the power and unscrew the drain elbow. Slip a a screwdriver into the mounting flange rings and unscrew the flange half a turn to release the disposal.
Watch out, it will drop right down. Now you have to split the case to open it up. There may be a ring around the middle you remove and then the thing splits open.
Or maybe some screws. Once you have the top open it should be much easier to turn the cutter backwards or yank the problem out with a pair of pliers. In many cases if the disposal is old or does his very often, it's best to get a newer, bigger, stronger disposal that won't be such aheadache in the future.
They're not expensive and it saves you the grubby job of opening up the old one and unsticking it and re-assembling it.
Get an allen wrench set and find the one that fits inside the bottom of the garbage disposal. Crank it backwards. Try to leverage the bolt out at the same time or alternately.
If this doesn't work, you're on the hook for a new disposal.
1 Unplug the unit before you do anything! Then see if you can unwedge the bolt with a chopstick.

Want to find a part for a garbage disposal that is no longer made.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
