Sounds like you should find a new doctor that will take your symptoms more seriously and find out what is wrong... But gluten sensitivity is real, and hard to diagnose because gluten is in all kinds of things. Luckily, you can just go ahead and stop eating gluten. It will take a few weeks to really feel if it's making a difference (do more research about that time estimate) but it's something you can do yourself to rule out if that is the issue.
Some very delicious foods are gluten free, you just have to do some planning. And it forces you to eat healthier, because you will be having a lot more vegetables and things since you can't eat pizza and hamburgers which can upset your stomach anyway.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
