It is a real thing.... and lots of people have it. If you stop eating wheat and gluten, it will improve your life on several levels. First the wheat gluten does irritate people's insides.. and two, stuff with gluten is generally junk food - like bread, pasta, breakfast cereal, canned soup which is thickened with wheat.
If you stop eating this junk, your blood sugar is a LOT better off too. If you want to do yourself a big favor, get off the gluten and stay off it.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
