Going to gym - got 30 lbs tp lose by october - any suggestions?

Give up soda if you haven't already. I have been eating better and walking regularly, but only losing three to four pounds a month. I gave up soda, allowing myself only a diet soda a week and have lost fourteen pounds this month already.

Replace it with water, flavored or not, carbonated or not. My friend actually lost twenty pounds in three months by just giving up his Mountain Dew addiction. Eat regularly and plan ahead.

Many times we drink up more calories than we realize. Watching what you eat is not enough. Let me know how it turns out and good luck!

Exercise and eat healthy. Maybe, if you can, get on a diet. But talk to your doctor first and get a physical exam.

I would suggest you to do vigorous exercises and have a proper balanced meal. And you would surely reach your goal.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
