Ok so I started at the beginning of november and I ended it december 1st I drank/ate nothing but water and I lost 40 pounds :} I was 17 at the time I just turned 18 xD but ya im 6,4 and I weight 320 now im at 280 after the cleanse DO NOT BINGE just take it slow by eating carrots etc..
