Has anyone heard of a book called "The Enchanted Caverns" or something similar? I can't find it anywhere?

I can't find it anywhere. It is about two older kids lost in some underground caverns.It has been 40 years since I read the book so many details are missing. I remember that they came across a lake with blind fish (I think they were white) and at the end of the book they find their way out of the cavern.

It was more fantasy because I think the girl may not have been mortal? Not sure. I just remember that I loved the book.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
