I was on that crap for 11 years. It made me crazy, made my tooth fall out, my hair fall out and every single time you get off of it, you gain the weight right back plus some. After being on it for so long, it starts to change your whole body including the way you think because it's just like speed.
It made me extremely B*TCHY and irritable, which in reality RUINED my relationship with my oldest son. Doctors will prescribe it freely.....I think it should be taken off the market completely. I used to be 110 pounds.
Everytime I took it, I'd gain 20 pounds more after I stopped again....now I am 195 pounds and miserable because Phentermine has eaten away my muscle like crazy. It makes your breath stink and it makes food tasteless. It's a horrible drug!
Weight Watchers and P90X is the way to go. Wendy702 42 months ago.
Yes I tried it for a month....it did work as it curbed my appetite and gave me artificial energy in which to work out at the end of the day. That being said, I can tell you it is not good for your blood pressure or heart without even looking up proof. My heartbeat would increase tenfold after only 5 minutes of running, and felt very unnatural.
I'm not particularly sensitive to stimulants, and I'm 25...so that says something too. I wouldnt buy it again....but its ultimately up to you if you want to risk it though - my honest opinion. I did lose 15 pounds in a month and didn't gain it back.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
