Has anyone used Facebook groups successfully to engage people and promote their writings?

I recently started up a fanpage for my online freelance writing. It's filled mostly with hubs. It's done pretty well as far as bringing in extra traffic, even with just 6 fans.Facebook.Com/pages/Bema-Selfs-Writing-Page/244917222192571" rel="nofollow">facebook.com/pages/Bema-Selfs-Writing-P.

I have. Though I don't think Hub pages is appreciative of the views.

I have posted links to some of my hubs on Facebook. I got a few views that way but not enough. I would suggest that you don't over promote to make sure you aren't spamming your group members.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
