I take natural food supplements (Shaklee) because there is no way we can get the PROPER nutrition out of the over processed refined foods we eat. For example we are told to eat 5 to 7 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. How many of us do that?

If our food is lacking in nutrients, then why would you think our pet's food is complete? I can see on one of my dogs what feeding just dog food did to her. She started shedding profusely in the middle of winter and her coat was dull.
