Have you ever gotten into a bad car accident?

If you were 80, I would assume you were lying about the gas pedal being stuck. That's what senior citizens do when they accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake. They lie.

But if you pinkyswear to God you had your foot on the brake and used the emergency brake, then it is possible that the gas pedal really was stuck. In that case, there is only one thing you could have done. That is to put the car in neutral.

For anyone reading this, if your gas pedal sticks, put the car in neutral immediately and stop. The car will stop just fine. Then, when you are stopped, turn off the key.

If the engine doesn't stop then, the only thing you have destroyed is your own engine instead of a tree and several other cars. It is absolutely shocking to me how many lives could have been saved and how much damage could have been prevented if people would have remembered this most simple of things. Gas pedal stuck?

Put it in neutral. Say it a hundred times. Memorize it.

Chant it as you drive. Put it on your MP3 player so it plays every ten minutes. Post it on your refrigerator under the Pizza Hut magnet.

Whatever it takes.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
