Dependa on whether you are talking in absolute numbers or relative numbers. In absolute numbers, there are far more cars available to bang into each other, but in relative numbers, more boaters behave like idiots, and most boats don't have effective brake pedals, making boating accidents relatively more common.
I agree with TLW. There's a lot of boaters who are idiots, and a lot who still drink while boating, so the chances of getting into an accident I believe, are higher, especially near port.
Yes, alcohol will vastly increase likelihood of either one, but consider how many fewer boats exist and mow much more water is available for them and one will see that boat accidents are much less likely than automobile accidents.
The chance are of getting into a car accident towards the chances of (without quotes):. The chance are the very ones trying to “talk”, “negotiate” or otherwise treat them like the misunderstaood folks they are NOT! Its like Sam Jackson said in Die Hard: You people are going to get me KILLED!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
