It wasn't acts of indiscretion, but he did ruin our relationship, and actually treated me like cr@p the entire time. I did something kind of mean to him, and don't regret it. Actually, I regret that I wasn't meaner.
I realized too late that I could have erased his entire hard drive, and there is nothing he could have done about it. All of his software is pirated, so he would have had zero legal grounds to complain that it was gone. He fancies himself a recording artist (ha!) so I could have destroyed years of his work.
I wish I had! Clearly, I don't view revenge as immoral :).
No, it's best to just move on and not waste another second on the person. Plotting and imagining evil things to do to that person could be cathartic, but actually following through is just spending time on something not worth spending time on. If a person treats you badly or ruins the relationship they don't deserve to be in your life.
I don't think I've ever done anything vengeful to an ex when it was over. Most of the time I'm just glad it's over ;).
Yes I admit I did some revenge to get back at him. My marriage ended cuz my ex had a lover when he was married and living with me. Not cool... so almost a year after I kicked him to the curb he started with the apologies etc trying to woo me back.
I sneaked into his email account (he never changed the password) and sent the ex lover an email. I wrote the email as if it came from him, and I let her know what his new hours at work were and where he now lived. I told her to either meet him at work or his new apartment for a night of unbridled passion.... Man I would have loved to be there when he got out of work that night and seen her standing there waiting for him.
LOL and no I do not regret it a bit and when he put two and two together and realized it was me, well he stopped trying to woo me back. To me sneaking into his email solved the problem real quick.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
