After doing some research, I did find the author and even found the actual poem before it was changed over the years to the one like I've shown above. The author is Peter "Dale" Wimbrow Sr. And here is a website all about the poem.Com.

I'm cracking up, rhine. My time is coming soon, never fear. I can only chew on one side now as it is and most of them are crowns.... we're still alive and kicking, right?

I try to make eye contact but no matter where I go in the room...my eyes seem to follow me! .

I don't want to as I get older....distance from the mirror is ok.

Some times I take myself too serious, and it's good in the way of humility to take a reality check. Just my own opinion. Whatever works for others is fine also.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
