Have you ever tried Weight Watchers? If so, did it work for you?

By finally allowing yourself to satisfy your cravings without sabotaging your diet, you can keep the weight you lose off for good, saving yourself hundreds and even thousands of dollars in the process Get it now!

It did. I'm down from 385 kg to 384 kg! DietsDon'tWork.

I haven't mainly because I have an issue with paying someone to starve me. LOL. A lot of people seem to find that it works.

The real issue is what you do after you stop the program - can you maintain the good eating habits? My personal view would be to look at your diet/lifestyle (maybe see a dietitian) and work out what needs to change and change those habits progressively. There are lots of books out there about nutrition (ignore the fad diet ones!).

I think what makes Weight Watchers work is that they really teach you to make conscious choices about what you are eating. Otherwise, go over your daily points. This is not a diet.It is eating healthy choices and healthy portion sizes.

I have not. But my Aunt has and it changed her life. She lost about 80 lbs.

See hubpages.com/hub/How-To-Loose-Weight-Fast-T for more help on losing weight.

Yes. And Slimming World which is a type of weight watchers alternative here in the UK. The biggest lesson I learned is that it is not the diet that you do but your motivation and desire for change that really makes the difference.

Try to fundamentally alter your lifestyle and if you can, you will see the pounds drop away!

No, sorry I have not tried weight watchers, yet, but im sure to try it next.

Try wear your old trousers. They don't lies. Best weight watcher.

Wish you all the best.

I'm going to check weight watchers out next week. I will let you know how it goes.

I lost 35 pounds using the Weight Watchers plan a few years ago. As I understand, they have since changed the plan slightly, but I found it worked really well. I think the key to using a program like this is to understand that it is more a lifestyle than a diet –– a way of learning to eat in a different way.

I'd definitely recommend it to people to try. As I said, it worked really well for me. Best of luck!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
