Is your period due or just started. Most women hold a lot of fluid at that time so that would cancel out any weight you lost. If this is the reason the extra fluid will go down the loo and next week you will have a big loss.
It is a very carbohydrate loving plan. In fact I gained 10lbs in 3 weeks on it...I now stick pretty much to the Scarsdale diet, but use the soup from the cabbage soup diet to snack on and before dinner.... The WW plan does not suit everyone but you will need to stick at it for a bit longer... remember the first few ponds lost on a diet are always nearly water anyway... and if it is around the time of your period you will always put on a few pounds, if in doubt get a mild diuretic like dandelion... and get some Hoodia, which helps prevent hunger pangs. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
