The best way to diet is to talk to a dietician if you are interested in counting calories. Those programs are to teach people how to count calories. You can count calories on your own and you don't need to buy their expensive products to do it.It is nice to have a support system to work out, some women like Curves gym.
Some people just take walks. Do what sport you enjoy when you are working out. Don't force yourself to jog if you hate jogging!

I am a Weight Watcher and I feel is is the best of the three you mentioned. Weight Watchers you eat normal food that you prepare yourself and learn portion control with lighter ways of cooking. Plus you have weekly meetings and weigh in that are fun and you meet nice people who keep you on tract.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
