2 I don't think I Learned anything but I did reinforce what I already knew.
3 Some,nice people are great and tend to help you in time of need,and jack a$$'s should be taken out back and shot,just kidding well maybe beat up until they see the ills of their wicked ways,but then I guess they have their place in our little town we call askville,but only because it is illegal to take them out back and shoot them.
I've learned that most people here have huge hearts...and reach out to comfort or help anyone who is having a problem or has had a loss. We laugh, we give moral support...and we cry together. Human nature on Askville is pretty much like any other community...except we really get to know the 'person' without the distraction of age or appearance.
No prejudging from the external packaging...just knowing the inner person. It's really neat.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
