SBI has a full team of lethargic people and since 1 year being an NRI, I am unable to do any ONLINE PAYMENT. While Opening account they do not accept Overseas Numbers for NRI accounts. OTP is sent to Indian numbers while we are overseas.

No feed back on email. We cannot register any features for Online Bill Payment while Overseas. Each activation has to be done in the BRANCH where you have account.

So a person in USA has to come to SBI Branch to just enroll his LIC, Telephone, Electricity Bills etc. Bank personnel may say, why did you not do when in India. People in my Branch are so active, they have taken all details and said that it will be activated from BANGALORE HO. It is 2 yrs now and nothing has happened.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
