Help buying a good Survival/Tactical knife?

While I carry a stainless steel pocket knife, a serious, heavy-duty survival knife should probably be made of high-carbon steel in order to be easily sharpened in the field. As far as tools, you should consider a knife, tomahawk, kukri, compact saw ~ many options.

I have a high-carbon steel knife with an anti-corrosive surface. Kind of the best of both worlds. It has a serrated back strap which can saw through limbs if needed although I'd much rather use a folding saw or hatchet for that.

As mentioned it can be kept sharp pretty easily.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
