I am like this too! :/ I had a panic attack that made me feel so dizzy I thought I was gunna die my mom drove me to the hospital and they offered me a pill to calm me down(one thing I am VERY scared of is drugs) I never took it and I calmed down after a couple hours.. I think that big panic attack made me feel like I can handle my other attacks way better.. if you feel panicky here is some things I do that works to calm me down: try to eat something healthy until your stuffed! And then eat a dessert to top it off.. drink lots of water.. go outside and catch a breeze and just watch nature, take a nap after you eat something, don't try to hide it from someone if your feeling that way, tell them.., do anything really that relaxes you.. and the main thing.. is to always remember IF you were going to die, there is nothing you can do about it if it's your time, it's in God's hands and with faith, death has no power over you because you'll go to heaven?
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
