1 SOTWord, regarding your answer "Something that you can do...": "I just had another thought...Your son can't read yet so what if you carried a piece of paper that read, "My son has feelings, too. " or "Isn't my son cute? " with you in your purse or something and get it out to remind the person without your son even noticing." this is such a great thing to do!

Even if I never use them, these are going in my purse! Thank you for that extra little bit of " Mommy Power"!

When someone admires your daughter look them in the eye and wink* and say... Yes, we know, but I would like to introduce her big brother .........! He has been very helpful to me and his sister. Another good one is : Hello! This is my son.... and he is three years old and he can count to ten, he was cute when he was little ...now he is a gorgeous young man!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
