No. It only works on Macintosh computers. It is possible to configure a certain set of PC components and install OS X on it, but it is unlikely that your laptop would be one that would work.

You can google Hackintosh if you are interested in that though. But I'd highly recommend just buying a Mac if you are interested in OS X.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
