No pain, no gain. You'll get into shape and you be glad once you start playing against the competition... Eight hours a week really isn't that much... What else you gonna do.. Sleep until noon and sleep your summer away.. Now that's a waste... Suck it up Buttercup and work your azz off. You'll be a better person and player.. Good luck.....
Not really. When I was in high school, summer workouts were lifting 6-8 am Mon-Fri and field drills in the afternoon. It will be worse when you guys first put on pads, with the heat and they will run you guys a lot during fall camp.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
