Eat whole foods. The less ingredients the better. And as long as your are doing something like swimming you will see results!

It's very simple. Burn more calories than you take in. People talk about different diets and what to eat and not to eat but its pretty simple.
If you get plenty of excercise chances are you'll be able to eat what you want because you'll burn it off. Just don't starve yourself and don't take any of those junk diet pills. Working out regularly will also increase your metabolism which will help you burn fat easier.
Just be conscoius of what you eat and workout daily even if its 30 minutes of walking around the track, or in the mall and you'll see the weight fall off.

Actually, you're not that overweight if you're a girl who is 5'6 and 136 pounds. You don't NEED to drop 10 pounds! Since you're on the swim team, you are DEFINITELY going to burn a lot of calories.
But if losing 10 pounds is what you REALLY want, then here's what you got to do. 1. Watch what you eat.
Eat lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. Slack off the junk food! I know it's tempting to eat chips and soda, but it's going to gain a few pounds.
I guess you can eat SOME junk food, but not TOO much. Watch how much and what you are eating. Also, eat a light dinner.
Don't over stuff yourself because that is not going to help you... trust me. I've been there myself, and stuffing yourself is not going to help ; 2. Exercise!
-Of course you will exercise a lot since you're on the swimming team, but you can also do some cardio workout. Run outside for 30 minutes or you can do some exercises on the t. V shows.
Maybe do some ab workout. That's what I do to lose some pounds. : Well, that's what I got for ya girl.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
