You have to have closure. Call him, or talk to him and tell him in no uncertain terms that it is over and you have moved on with a new boyfriend. After you have done that, do not have contact with him, do not take his calls.

You also have to consider how this might hurt your new boyfriend for you to have contact with the old boyfriend.

Duffsmom has given some excellent advice, which I go along with. If you really want to make a clean break from him, then you have to make it clear to this boy that it is over. Also, think of your new man- how would you feel if the situation was reversed.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
