1 You don't need a US issued debit card to make online purchases. You can use a debit card issued in your home country/country of residence. It will be good in almost every nation and online, if it has the Star or Pulse logo on the back.
2 NanoNano gave you good advice; follow it. Stick with the honest method, the legal method; always the best method.
Basomakm replied to post #1: 3 Thanks for your comment I already have debit card issued from Egyptian bank but there r a good retailers like bestbuy , newegg ..etc required US based debit or credit card .
NanoNano replied to post #3: 5 Really what you are facing here then are export restrictions, not a financial issue. Certain products made in the US simply cannot be exported to certain other countries. Its not necessarily that they are harmful in any way.
Much of this has to do with trade agreeements between nations to protect local businesses etc. So if you try to skirt these laws by getting a US debit card in a pseudo-legal capacity, you could be facing some serious criminal charges.
Bank that handles international electronic money transfers. Chase Bank, Bank of America and other large institutions have connections with other countries so they can process funds originating from imports and exports. For you to buy in the USA your bank would make the transfer for you charging the usual fees.
The vendor would release the goods only when the real cash is in their hands so avoiding the usual international scams lurking the markets. If you have a friend or relative in the USA it makes more sense for them to purchase the items for you with their credit card and your pay them directly. You would save a lot not having to go through the USA x your Banks and paying their transfer fees.
When we travel to South America I shopped in Brazil with my regular VISA credit card and I took note of the currency exchange for that day. When back in the USA, the charges were in US$ and the exchange was exact to the penny. My friends from Brazil when they shop here in the USA they use their Brazilian American Express card without problems.
When my nephew got married and we could not attend the wedding I went to my Bank of America and sent our cash gift directly into my nephew's Bank account as a direct deposit. Few years ago the fee was $18.50 for the electronic transfer. From the Bank of America in our town, went to a Brazilian Bank branch in New York City and forwarded to nephew's bank.
Probably just putting the cash and sending it by Fedex would be less complicated and no zillion forms to fill. Go to your Bank, in your Country, and ask them what would be the best way for you to handle it. I’m not sure you would be able to get a USA Bank account without a SSN.
That’s how they keep track on the customers.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
