How can I get my psn account working again?

I recieved an email on my PC, clicked the link, changed my password and when I click ok it tells me "playstation store is not available in your region" Im from Malta, i've been trying for the past 2 days, still nothing. Had no problems with my US account and my UK account and but the one I really need and use is giving me this error - (playstation store is not available in your region) need help!

Sony says only through your consol but they also said that there was so many resets that they are taking forever. They even shut the server down again for a couple yesterday just to let all the password changes up to that point go through!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
