Find an everyday drinking straw. Start paying attention to your “in breath" and "out breath."Take a breath. Put the straw in your mouth and let the exhale come through the straw instead of through your nose.
Be sure to raise the straw to your mouth rather than bending down toward it. Pay attention to whether your exhalation passed through the straw of its own accord or whether you interfered. Try not to help at all.
Don't blow, push, or force. You will gradually become aware of the extent of your interferences. Remove the straw just before the end of the exhale to let the rest of the air pass through your nose.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
