Heat is a superb soother of sore muscles and joints. It increases blood flow and helps to decrease inflammation and pain; moist heat, such as with a Jacuzzi or other whirlpool, is a highly effective way to apply this natural pain reliever. The warm shower or bath or moist heating pad eases aches, stiffness, and muscle spasms.
As you use moist heat with exercise, your muscles will strengthen, making it easier to exercise more frequently and for longer periods of time. When using moist heat, make sure it is not too warm, or you can burn your skin. It should feel soothing but not uncomfortable.
If you have general body aches and pain, use the warm shower, bath, or Jacuzzi in the morning before exercise and again in the evening. If your pain is specific, such as shoulder, neck, hip, knee, or back pain, use a warm shower on the painful area or apply moist heat cloths or a heating pad for 15 minutes right before exercise, and then use the moist heat again on the same site immediately following exercise. Some people initially find great relief when they do their exercises in a hot tub or sitting on a stool (with legs that have rubber tips, for safety) under a warm shower—one that is comfortable but not too hot.
The constant heat flowing on the affected site helps to keep pain minimal and allows for easier movement.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
