Often it's through shipping charges I believe the default amount charged for shipping a book is ~$3.99. If you can get shipping for, say, $2/item then you can sell the book for $2.50 and then make $1.01. If one person orders several things from you then the shipping is generally even cheaper (though I don't know the amazon fee structure for that offhand) and so you could get even better economy. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
