How can white bigots send blacks back to Africa when they don't want blacks to have Africa?

After all, all white people did was bring disease, guns, alcohol and the religious extremism (puritanism.).

It did happen, in a sense. One of the countries along Africa's west coast was established by former slaves from America. They even named their capital 'Monrovia' after President Monroe.
