Well, when the error occurred on Tuesday morning, the site was crediting his questions to Monday. When he hit is 17 questions for Monday, the site started requiring him to offer his own tip instead of letting him ask free questions. Just remember, he was asking theses questions Tuesday morning during the time when the site's clock was off and crediting his questions to Monday.

And if you are wondering, your current belt (green) has a limit of 10 free questions per day and 20 questions offering your own tips per day.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
