How come I can drink cola drinks but I can't drink caffeinated tea or coffee?

Tannins If you're drinking colas with caffeine, you may have a problem with the tannins, or tannic acids in tea or coffee. Caffeine or not, tannins are still in the coffee or tea, as there are in red wines, especially dry reds.

Your body does better with the sugar than with the tannic acid that's in tea and coffee. The best coffee is espresso because coffee beans begin to leach the tannic acid into the brew about a minute after the hot water hits; thus, the only way to avoid the tannic acid is to complete that brewing in under a minute, which is only possible with the "espresso" method. You body seems to have no trouble with the caffeine, so my guess is the tannic acid because that's the only difference I can think of between the two.

Which means I could be wrong is there's another difference (tho I'd still avoid ALL sodas but the newfangled specialty real sugar sodas because that "high-fructose corn syrup" can be death in a can. ) .

I don't drink water much but I do drink lots of tea....so it it bad for me to drink tea rather den water........

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
