First make sure you deserve one. Then write out a statement, "thank you for my raise" and whatever your bosses name is. Read it every night when you think your boss is asleep.

Picture your boss giving you the raise. Feel happy about it. Visualise more money on your check.

After a week or two, go and ask for it, if he or she hasn't already given it to you. In most cases they will. Try it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
