There could be many things causing this The first thing that comes to mind to me is that there is a mouse setup issue and I would check my mouse setupSecond is that something is running in the background, taking a lot of cpu time, perhaps a virus. Run a virus scan and then shutdown/reset. Maybe a spyware scan too - like spybotThird thing that comes to mind is that some sort of screen refresh/video resolution problem is at play here.

Try resetting video to a smaller resolution and seeing if it resolves. Hope you find it. Sources: My answer .

Driver Issue You need to check and make sure your VGA drivers are installed Got to the “Device Manager” tool. To open Device Manager now Right Click on “My Computer” and choose “Properties”. Choose the “Hardware” Tab and press the “Device Manager” button.

Any devices that your computer doesn’t recognize are marked with a question mark and/or a yellow exclamation mark. If you have the option “Display Adapters” which is typically 3rd from the top, click the plus sign next to it to expand it. If you have an issue here you will need to find out what your video card actually is, to do this you will need to download a free tool called Aida32 which can be found here: http://www.majorgeeks.com/download181.html Once you have identified the video card in use you will needc to go to the manufacturere website and get the latest drivers.

Or you can go to the website http://www.driverguide.com and searching for them. Once downloaded, run the file which will start he video card driver setup and install all the drivers and utilities. During the setup a message may popup that says to make sure you are installing the correct driver, click “Continue Anyway”.

Once thatr is complete reboot the PC and yo should have no more problems. Sources: Own .

Sounds like you need to update your video drivers. Slow graphics performance, especially for things like scrolling and dragging windows around, usually means your graphics acceleration isn't working, either because it's turned off or because you don't have the right drivers installed. First, try this: open the Display control panel, click "Advanced" on the Settings tab, look on the Troubleshooting tab, and make sure hardware acceleration is turned all the way to "full".

If that doesn't work, download new drivers from your graphics card manufacturer's web site. To find out who makes the card, open Device Manager (right-click on My Computer, open the properties, and look on the Hardware tab), then look under "Display adapters". These are the three big manufacturers’ driver sites: ATI NVIDIA Intel .

Sounds like a virus. Maybe if you have a reformat tool already installed use this. Most hewlitt packard and compaq do have this feature..

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
